Registration form:
In every registration form for every course, values such as:
Learning pace (e.g. normal, intensive, etc.), course format (compact, expanded, complete), certificate + (yes / no) requested. Please also state the exact source how you found us (name of the au pair placement, website, blog author, name of the Facebook group, friend, other student, Google research, etc.) so that you can get your discount receive. For example, if your host family has given you the name of us, please ask them briefly how they know us and enter that into the "Source" field on the registration form. Thank you very much, you will get your discount for this!

Payment by installments: It is possible to pay for each course / invoice in installments.
Each time you register, you will be automatically sent an installment plan.
Setting up the installment payment costs EUR 4.50 and a further EUR 4.50 per month.
After each individual payment of an installment, you will receive a payment confirmation, as well as the new date until when the course has been paid for.
Please pay attention to the receipt of the next installment (3 working days before this date).
The exact examination date (certificate +) will be communicated with the payment of installments with the receipt of the last installment, unless otherwise agreed.
If you are unable to continue a course, we will reimburse you for the unused course months.
The change of registered language levels, start times, courses, teachers is generally possible.
Breaks / vacation and the transfer of a course as well.
